Working Title: "Effect of free and magnetic iron oxide nanoparticle-bound chemotherapeutic agents on uveal and conjunctival melanoma cell lines."

The effect of both iron oxide nanoparticle-bound and free chemotherapeutic agents on melanoma cell lines will be investigated. The aim is to determine to what extent the effect is comparable. The development of the cells will be measured by impedance measurement (xCelligence) and real-time microscopy (IncuCyte).
