Working Title: "Influence of iron oxide nanoparticles on tumor cells of uveal and conjunctival melanoma"

The aim is to investigate the influence of different concentrations of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, which are being developed for drug delivery, on adherent cell lines of uveal and conjunctival melanoma. For this purpose, "real-time methods" such as impedance measurements (xCELLigence®) and real-time microscopy (Incucyte®) will be used. In addition, we will investigate how the induction of pseudohypoxia by CoCl2 affects the results.
