Superparamagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (SPIONS) were loaded with the chemotherapeutic Mitoxantrone (MTO) to affect melanoma-spheroids. The alteration of the spheroids was investigated in wells as well as in a peristaltic pump.
