Using superparamagnetic nanoparticles, cells can be magnetized and controlled in the magnetic field. In this work, the uptake of different nanoparticles, their toxicity and possible applications in cell culture technology, especially in 3D are investigated. Thus, in the future, 3D tissues of magnetized cells should be able to be created from these findings using a magnet.
